I wrote The Tales of the Snail Hunters when I was 8 years old, after I moved to a new house with a garden. The garden was infested with snails and slugs that devoured my mum’s plants. My mum and I decided to take action and went out at night to collect the hungry crawlers.

Since I liked all the garden creatures, we took them to the nearest park and let them free, imagining a happier life for them in the wild. We decided to call this ‘Snail Hunting’.

This is the first of many novels I’ve written since. I’m about to complete primary school.

I live in London with my parents and my younger brother.
